Ms. Karnika Seth has significant & diverse transactional experience, encompassing mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign collaborations, corporate reorganizations and technology deals. She has acted as legal advisor to reputed multinational companies in negotiating and finalizing various business and commercial arrangements and advised on projects for launch of products and services in the Indian Market.  Ms. Seth’s area of expertise also covers Intellectual Property Rights, Food and Drugs Law, Cyber Laws and International Trade and Anti-dumping Laws.  She has reviewed  books on Intellectual Property and Cyber laws and  writes papers for many leading legal journals.  She has been appointed as Member of the International Editorial Advisory Board of ‘International Journal of Cyber Crime and Criminal Justice’.
